What we collect

When you send a training enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, topic area, team size, team level, your goals, preferred format, timeline, and the page and campaign tags (utm values) you arrived from. We do not store your IP address or browser details with the enquiry.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. We email you a confirmation and keep the record so we can follow up.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you accept in the consent banner. Nothing you type into forms is sent to analytics. You can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) and emailed to our team through Google Workspace. We do not sell your data.
